Untitled

Wedges
Space
Brown, red, white, and green in between
The coffee rests on the table but the
Life in between the columns
Still calls out to me
Sings to me come out
Fingertips cold wedges
Space

Dear you in the shadow there
Reading my mind where these words are wandering
Lost and waiting
To find a way home
Don’t forget me
Im over here
Neck leg arm torso
Middle toe finger limp
Numb
Rotting but don’t forget to wake later
The shadow will kill you there
Suffocate
Like wedges
Space
But where does space end or begin

I drink my coffee from its resting place
I drink my coffee
Numb.
